1. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Australia via Australia Post Standard (tracked). Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times

  • Australia: 2–5 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Asia: 7–14 business days
  • USA / Canada: 10–20 business days
  • UK / Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Africa / South America: 14–28 business days

Delivery estimates exclude dispatch time and customs clearance. Tracking details are emailed once your order is shipped.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Typical bands for common products are:

  • CDs (≤ 250 g): region-based rates aligned to Australia Post international pricing
  • Vinyl LPs (≤ 500 g): region-based rates aligned to Australia Post international pricing

For remote or high-cost destinations, additional postage may be required. If applicable, we will contact you for approval before dispatch; you may cancel for a full refund prior to shipment if you do not accept the revised charge.

Customs, duties & import taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country. We cannot mark items as “gift” or under-declare value.

Packaging

CDs are shipped in rigid or padded mailers; vinyl records in protective LP mailers. We may combine items in one parcel when practical.


2. Refunds & Returns

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will organise a replacement or refund (including reasonable return postage where applicable).

Digital downloads

Digital products (e.g., MP3 albums) are non-refundable once the download link is delivered or accessed. If you experience a download or file issue, contact us and we’ll help restore access or resend files.

Return process

  1. Email us at shop@jessiemonkmusic.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos.
  3. We’ll confirm next steps. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

3. Terms of Purchase

  • Prices and shipping rates are shown in AUD and may change without notice.
  • By placing an order, you agree to the policies on this page.
  • We may cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfil (including where shipping is unavailable or declined after a quoted adjustment).
  • Title and risk pass on delivery per the carrier’s tracking confirmation.
